- Develop and optimize designs using 3D CAD software and CAE tools.
- Validate manufacturing, assembly, and service feasibility.
- Complete and release component designs and engineering documentation.
- Validate components according to defined engineering requirements.
- Resolve issues with cross-functional teams including engineering and production.
- Participate in the sourcing process and manage supplier relationships.
- Deliver projects to defined schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (CATIA is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of GD&T (proficiency is a plus).
- Experience with component design, analysis, and validation.
- Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Evidence of being a self-starter with project completion experience.
- Relevant engineering field experience valued, with openings from entry-level to expert.
