Hardrock Concrete is actively seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are hiring for multiple positions, including Concrete Foremen, Concrete Finishers, General Laborers, and Machine Operators. We are looking for experienced candidates but are also willing to hire individuals with no experience who are eager to learn—training will be provided. Available Positions & Responsibilities:
Concrete Foremen:
- Lead and supervise crews on job sites
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Read blueprints and ensure work meets specifications
- Maintain safety standards and oversee crew performance
Concrete Finishers:
- Set, pour, and finish concrete surfaces
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand and power tools
- Apply sealants and finishes as needed
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship on every job
Laborers:
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradesmen as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions
Machine Operators:
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Assist with grading, excavation, and material handling
- Ensure safe and efficient operation on job sites
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
