What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Content & Digital Operations Coordinator position at Hardman Design?
Hardman Design is looking for a highly organised, visually strong person to support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing, creative production, website operations, and campaign rollout across the brand.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working across retention, digital content, creative assets, website upkeep, and overall brand presentation.
This is not a strategy-led role. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, visually sharp, and comfortable working across email, website, creative production, and digital brand operations to help keep the brand moving consistently across all channels.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys execution, organisation, and creative coordination within a fast-moving founder-led environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Klaviyo flow management and maintenance
- Newsletter drafting, building, and sending
- Static asset creation in Figma for Meta campaigns
- Campaign trafficking across email, website, and social
- Website merchandising and PDP presentation oversight
- Product uploads, site QA, and campaign updates
- Blog creation and ongoing website copy updates
- Archive photo management and asset organisation
- Basic social media posting and scheduling
- Showroom event and launch creative support
- General marketing and brand operations admin
- Coordination with photographers, agencies, and external creative partners
Ideal profile:
- 2–5 years experience in a creative marketing, brand, content, or ecommerce role
- Strong executional marketing experience within a design-led, lifestyle, interiors, fashion, or consumer brand
- Comfortable with Klaviyo, Shopify, Figma, and day-to-day digital tools
- Strong visual judgement and copy instincts
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable owning execution rather than strategy
- Able to work well within a founder-led environment
- Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects remotely
