Profit Protection Manager (US)

This is a highly visible role within our US business and a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Profit Protection, Asset Protection, Inventory Control, Retail Operations or Stock Integrity who enjoys solving problems and driving operational improvement.

This is not a traditional land-based Loss Prevention role. You’ll become the first point of contact for US-based Profit Protection and Asset Protection activity, partnering with onboard teams, Area Managers and key stakeholders to improve stock accuracy, reduce shrink and strengthen stock integrity across our onboard retail business.

The role offers a unique blend of operational, analytical and investigative work, with the opportunity to travel across the US and internationally, including ship visits across our fleet.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience within Profit Protection, Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Inventory Control or Retail Operations

- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control

- Ability to analyse trends, identify root causes and drive improvements

- Experience conducting investigations would be beneficial

- Exposure to Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) or equivalent investigative interviewing techniques would be advantageous

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Confidence using Excel, including tools such as pivot tables

- Naturally inquisitive, tenacious and proactive approach
