Residential Electrical Foreman

HardHat is hiring a High-End Residential Electrical Foreman for projects in the West Palm Beach area.

*** MUST BE MINIMUM JOURNEYMAN LEVEL ELECTRICIAN***

****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN EXTREMELY HIGH-END PROPERTIES*****

Pay will be determined by experience and skill set.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, direct and supervise the work of electricians and helpers in the installation and repair of electrical systems
• Inspect and approve all electrical installations to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
• Manage a project from start to completion with minimal supervision
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and customers
• Running & Pulling Wire
• Running & Bending Conduit
• Installing Lights & Outlets
• Low Voltage Work
• Complete service calls with minimal supervision to standards
• Estimate time required and materials needed to complete jobs profitably

Qualifications

• MINIMUM JOURNEYMAN LEVEL experience remodel / new construction in residential
• Detailed knowledge of lighting controls, kitchen appliances, lighting panels, etc
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Be able to climb, bend lift, stoop and crawl
• Be efficient and organized with strong troubleshooting skills
• Must have own hand and power tools, and other necessary tools
• Must have a clean driving record and can pass drug test
• A good understanding of the current Electrical Code
