Hardesty, LLC, on behalf of our client, a $30MM Constuction Services Company, is searching for a Head of Finance. The ideal candidate will possess previous constructions services experience, and full scope administrative duties.
The Head of Finance is responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations in a fast growing environment.

Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to Executive Management
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks and credit facilities
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
