General Dentist (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Salinas
Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually (based on experience, schedule, and production)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative care, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and preventive treatment
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Deliver high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and front office team
Qualifications
- Active California Dental License
- Current DEA License
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Gentle chairside manner with commitment to patient satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
