Crew Members are cross-trained in a variety of restaurant positions, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and build your career.

Positions May Include

• Cook
• Cashier
• Front Counter
• Drive-Thru
• Food Prep
• Backline/Production

Depending on your shift, you'll also assist with opening or closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is ready for guests and the next shift.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare food according to Hardee's quality and food safety standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
• Ensure food is prepared quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies and keep workstations clean and fully stocked.
• Follow all company policies, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to support coworkers and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Complete opening or closing duties as assigned.

• Willingness to learn multiple positions within the restaurant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a plus.
