Your Specific Duties as a Shift Manager Will Include:
- Supervising shifts with a focus on quality, service, and profitability.
- Coordinating staff training and ensuring safety and security measures.
- Maintaining a harmonious working relationship between management and crew.
- Controlling payroll and inventory to meet company standards.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Maintaining building and equipment through proper procedures.
- Handling cash responsibilities for the shift.
- Upholding sanitation, safety, and security policies.
- Exhibiting behaviors that align with RMC’s Mission Statement and Values.
- Performing other tasks as directed.
