Restaurant SHIFT MANAGERS
Supervise employees to ensure that staff is performing their job duties with the goal of providing Quality food, Exceptional service and Restaurant cleanliness to every customer every time. Shift Manager pay is up to $17.00 per hour based on experience!
Restaurant SHIFT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 Year supervisory experience in the food service industry, including breakfast and drive-thru services.
- Customer Service experience preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to lead meetings as needed.
- 100% effort to doing quality work and providing great service.
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to greet customers as they enter the restaurant and ensure they are enjoying their meal while dining in the restaurant.
- Be willing to be coached by management staff in order to develop leadership skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background screening.
