Key Responsibilities & Job Functions
Prepare Fresh Biscuits
- Mix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards.
- Ensure biscuits are baked fresh and served hot to maintain quality and taste.
- Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistent results.
- Maintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand while avoiding unnecessary waste or overproduction.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area
- Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment.
- Keep baking stations, counters, and preparation areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Support the Kitchen Team
- Assist other food production team members with food preparation when needed.
- Help restock ingredients, supplies, and baking materials during shifts.
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Deliver Great Teamwork and Professionalism
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working relationship with managers and fellow team members.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ensure personal appearance and uniform meet company standards at all times.
Follow Food Safety and Company Standards
