Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts, including training and development of team members.
- Oversee food preparation, handling, and presentation to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, control food and beverage costs, and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Ensure timely and efficient service in all areas including kitchen, and dining room.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and operational planning to optimize restaurant performance.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a food service environment such as quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments.
- Extensive background in food preparation, kitchen management, or culinary operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with POS systems
- Demonstrated ability in staff training & development, supervising teams, and managing restaurant operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, budgeting, and food industry best practices.
- Prior experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
