We are looking for an energetic Studio Manager who will oversee day-to-day operations at the gym, including marketing, social media, membership correspondence, client retention, brand awareness, and other practices to maintain company growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio operations and resource allocation to maximize productivity and creativity.
- Leverage social media and community outreach events to elicit growth potential and brand awareness
- Create and maintain multiple revenue streams to promote growth within the company, including membership sales and personal training
- Oversee client and member interactions from onboarding through project completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing equipment, supplies, and inventory management to maintain optimal studio stock levels.
- Implement and monitor policies related to health & safety standards, cleanliness, and studio maintenance.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and a healthy environment
- Create a marketing plan to maintain client happiness and retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role with a focus on team leadership and operational oversight.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work a flexible schedule with weekend and nights availability
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing inventory systems, POS (Point of Sale) technology, and cash handling procedures.
- Experience in customer service excellence coupled with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to train staff on various functions including merchandising, sales techniques, store management practices, and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Experience in sales and/or fitness operations
- Proficiency in inventory/point of sale systems
- Knowledge of Canva, Capcut, and other materials to promote brand awareness
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
