Revenue Management Manager

Coming soon to the Las Vegas Strip, Hard Rock Las Vegas will be a fully integrated luxury resort offering world-class hospitality, gaming, dining, entertainment and retail. Positioned on the 50-yard line of the Strip, the resort will feature a nearly 700 ft. guitar-shaped hotel that will change the Las Vegas skyline. The finished complex will feature over 3,700 hotel rooms, approximately 175,000 square feet of gaming space, two spas, multiple pools, live entertainment venues and dozens of restaurants, lounges and retail outlets.

The Revenue Manager at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue and profitability across casino, transient, group, and contract customer segments. This role assists with pricing, positioning, forecasting, and inventory management strategies while utilizing data driven insights to optimize performance across all distribution channels.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Revenue Management and Optimization, the Revenue Manager serves as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, identifying opportunities, evaluating demand trends, and ensuring revenue strategies are effectively implemented to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Support and assist with revenue strategies that maximize hotel room revenue and profitability.
• Recommend and manage pricing, inventory controls, and positioning across all distribution channels.
• Supports the forecasting process on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis for leadership review.
• Analyze existing demand, seasonality, displacement, competitive positioning, and market trends.
• Monitor and evaluate competitive activity through shop reports, market research, and online analysis.
• Set and manage yield controls to optimize returns across transient, casino, group, and contracted business.
• Analyze large data sets from hotel, casino gaming, food and beverage, and ancillary revenue streams.
• Prepare and analyze market segmentation, production, source contribution, pickup, and pace reports.
• Cross check with Leisure Sales to ensure sell strategies and rate plans are accurately implemented in all distribution channels.
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings and prepare reporting for leadership review.
• Ensure pricing strategies, rate restrictions, and sales controls are adjusted as market conditions change.
• Troubleshoot inventory and system related issues and support PMS, RMS, and revenue system enhancements.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to communicate revenue strategies and performance insights effectively.
• Identify future revenue opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives to improve profitability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field preferred OR a minimum of five years of hotel experience in a hotel, resort, or gaming environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of total revenue management concepts, processes, and best practices.
• Experience supporting hotel or resort openings or expansions preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution platforms, extranets, and analytics tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor with strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Physical demands include standing, walking, and noise exposure for extended periods.
• Position requires occasional lifting and moving of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including secondhand smoke.
