Job Description

Takeout Servers are responsible for efficiently and accurately processing takeout orders, verifying order accuracy, handling payments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to pick up, including order verification, packaging, and communication with guests.

Essential Job Functions

• Take and process takeout orders accurately.
• Handle payment transactions and verify customer IDs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Efficiently package orders follow food safety standards.
• Distribute orders to customers and verify receipt matches order.
• Utilize host phone to text guests when orders are complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the takeout station.
• Promote specials, upsell, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer information.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with other tasks as needed.
