What’s the position?

As a Production Designer on the Awareness team, you will design co-branded partnership creative that drives awareness and brand affinity. You will play a key role in bringing brand collaborations to life through thoughtful, strategic, and visually compelling design. This role bridges creative vision with partner needs, ensuring co-branded initiatives are executed with excellence and consistency.

You will work at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with the Design Lead, creative team, and stakeholders. Your primary mission will be to support the execution and extrapolation of partnerships creative primarily within the Sportsbook segment

What You’ll Do

• Asset Production: Create and adapt co-branded design assets for various partners and channels including social media, email, web, print, and experiential
• Versioning & Resizing: Execute multiple versions of creative based on templates or master designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• File Prep & Delivery: Prepare final files for production, including packaging, exporting, and formatting for various platforms, partners, and vendors.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proof assets for errors, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and adherence to both partner and internal brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Template Maintenance: Update and maintain design templates and libraries for efficiency and scalability.

What are we looking for?

• 2 years of experience in production design or graphic design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating multi-format execution (print, digital, experiential), versioning and resizing, and template-based work.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with Figma is a major plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Well-versed in designing for print (both large and small formats) and digital platforms.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Familiarity with asset management systems and file organization best practices.
• Collaborative mindset: Experience working with marketers and product teams to refine creative approaches.
• A passion for or interest in sports or the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
