What’s the position?
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team to support our growing team. At Hard Rock Digital, our HR Business Partners play a critical role in building connections between our People & Culture strategy and the success of the business. They work closely with the various function groups and support on all-things people related. They help build and grow our company culture, develop employee programs, and take on a consultative role within HR.
What you’ll do:
- Inspire, educate and influence people leaders to execute company People & Culture programs.
- Develop trusted relationships with people leaders and team members by being a role model of Hard Rock Digital company values.
- Connect your work and contributions to align with and inform business strategies and objectives.
- Leverage workforce trends and data to provide meaningful insight and guidance to hiring leaders.
- Manage employee relations cases and investigations including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee concerns.
- Advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives to build a workforce and culture where representation matters and employees accept and respect each other’s differences.
- Collaborate with peers and the broader People & Culture team to build and implement best in class company programs.
- Partner with our benefits team to ensure smooth process and role out of existing and new options offered.
What We’re Looking For?
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 of those years as an HRBP.
- Ability to partner with and coach various levels of employees ranging from individual contributors to executives.
- Expertise in HR competencies including talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management and coaching.
- Good understanding of talent management (development, succession planning, etc. employee engagement, both onsite and remote, organizational culture.
- Experience with benefits & rewards programs, both domestic and global.
- Self-motivated; able to drive the people agenda with minimal supervision.
- Solutions led approach to work, you bring the answers, not the questions.
