- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
- Completes all set-ups on time.
- Ensures that beverage supplies are available during services.
- Keeps bar clean and odor free at all times.
- Adheres to company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Is courteous and displays a good attitude.
- Performs any reasonable request made by beverage management.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties assigned.
- Attend seminars when needed.

- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Interpersonal skills must include a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude, common courtesy towards others and the ability to deal successfully with stressful situations.
