ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Issues, de-issues or loans uniforms to company employees.
- Assigns fitting appointments for newly hired employees.
- Make appointments for new hires to be fitted into proper uniforms.
- Assists with measuring and fitting employees for uniforms when deemed necessary.
- Performs uniform inventory, both physical and manual.
- Discards unusable uniforms.
- Maintains the weekly dry cleaning and laundry lists.
- Lauders reusable uniforms in washer/dryer.
- Operates all machinery and computers associated with maintaining and tracking uniform garments.
- Operates machinery associated with alterations, repairs or make of garment.
- Assists other coworkers in performing tasks as a team player.
- Communicates with VP – Human Resources any concerns or problems/difficulty with equipment or procedures.
- Helps in creating a positive employee experience when issuing out uniforms.
- Attend seminars when needed.
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must successfully pass drug screening.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Must be customer service orientated.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
- Must have operational knowledge of sewing machines, computer and calculator.
- Must be able to perform sewing repairs and minor alterations on uniform garments.
- Must be able to carry objects weighing up to 10lbs.
- Must be able to maintain accuracy and speed during high volume periods.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during work.
