- To provide for the best possible handling of the guest’s needs by serving them in an efficient, professional and hospitable manner
- To provide that service by working in cooperation with the kitchen, roadies, hosts and all other employees
- To work with management to ensure the success of each event
- To work within the Hard Rock Café Mission and Values
- Read and follow the BEO
- Set up of private events based upon the instructions of the Banquet Manager/Captain
- Follow all banquet standards in maintaining our high level of guest service
- Breakdown of all areas and proper storage of all banquet equipment
- Understand and follow through with all policies and procedures of the Banquet Department and the Hard Rock Organization
- Work as a team with all other servers and staff
- Be at your very best at all times and create an experience for our guests that is memorable and beyond their expectations
- Any other and all duties assigned by the Banquet Manager/Captain
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Performing duties which require bending & reaching
- Able to lift up to 25-pounds
- Standing or walking on the floor for up to 8 hours
- Maintaining a well-groomed appearance (“having a plan”)
- Following all uniform guidelines
- Practicing all safety & sanitation standards
- Recycling products, where possible
- Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
- Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
- Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers – never allowing personal life or outside influences to dictate attitude
- Maintaining HRC’s 5 core Values and Mission Statement
- Prior experience as a banquet server and/or bartender
- Versed in banquet table service
- Available to work a wide variety of shifts and schedules
