Job Overview
Delivery Associates represent Hard Mile LLC on the road and at the customer’s door. You will load, drive, and deliver packages safely and efficiently throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle and complete assigned delivery routes
- Follow all traffic laws and safety standards
- Use provided technology for routing and delivery updates
- Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers
Shifts are typically 8–10 hours. Weekend work and overtime may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs
- Reliability is critical. Consistent attendance and punctuality are required. No call-outs or unexcused absences.
- Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required

- Pay: $22.50/hour with overtime opportunities
