Hard Hat Housing provides turnkey, home-like housing for construction crews staying 30 days. We handle all the logistics so construction companies don't have to — finding, furnishing, and managing quality accommodations wherever their teams are working. We simplify crew housing, save our clients money compared to hotels, and never add an operational burden. We're a growing company built on a simple belief: traveling crews deserve better than a hotel room.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lexington, KY. You'll sit at the intersection of project management and client success, keeping housing projects on track while making sure the client-facing team has everything they need to deliver a great experience. Day-to-day, you'll manage project timelines in Asana, track milestones and deadlines, coordinate across departments, and maintain the documentation and systems that keep everything running behind the scenes. You'll also support client onboarding, prepare materials for check-ins, and track follow-up items so nothing slips through the cracks. You won't be the primary point of contact for clients — but you'll be the reason the people who are can do their jobs well.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with project management tools (Asana experience is a plus)
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A systems-oriented mindset — you think in processes, checklists, and workflows
- Self-directed and reliable — you follow through without being reminded
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required — we're hiring for how you work, not what's on your diploma
No construction or housing industry experience required. We'll teach you the business.
