We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team! We have openings for Part-time and Full-Time, approx 25-40 hours a week, 7am-5pm shift and 3pm-10pm shift.
As a Hard Hat Cleaning Co. team member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will contribute to our clients’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Job requires employees to work in both residential, commercial, and construction environments.
- Job may require driving to surrounding cities - includes Haskell, Sweetwater, Putnam, Brownwood, etc.
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Post-construction cleaning tasks such as removing dust and debris from construction sites, requires physical labor.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address their specific cleaning preferences.
- Routinely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Required physical actions such as bending, reaching, standing, crouching, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to work outside in both extreme heat and cold depending on what the job requires.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Have your own reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
- MUST have flexible schedule & be able to travel out of town as needed.
- Current Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail is a MUST!
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and punctual.
- Must work well with and respect others on our team.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) required, Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Enjoy cleaning and take pride in maintaining a tidy space.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
