Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Brisket overnight to ensure fresh and flavorful offerings for next day.
• Maintain the pit area and equipment in excellent condition.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards to keep the kitchen safe and sanitary.
• Complete other necessary tasks as outlined by management.

Hard Eight BBQ is a family-owned and operated business that was started by the late Phillip Nivens and his wife Vicki, along with their son-in-law Chad Decker and wife Carie. Hard Eight BBQ started in 2003 with the first location in Stephenville, TX. Since then we have opened 4 other locations in the DFW metroplex. Hard Eight BBQ is an authentic eating experience where we serve \Texas Style BBQ\ straight from our serving pit.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour
