Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced café environment. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver outstanding customer experiences will be key to our success.

7:00am-3:00pm / Tue, Wed & Thur (3 days as part time)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food preparation.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- A commitment to food safety practices and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
