About the Role:
HARC is seeking a motivated college student (sophomore or junior standing preferred) to join our Finance/Business Operations team in a part-time role with strong potential for long-term growth. This position is designed to build real-world accounting and finance experience over multiple years, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the team evolves.
What You'll Do:
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements against receipts and supporting documentation
- Route invoices and reconciliations through HARC's accounts payable approval workflow
- Assist with organizing and filing financial documentation
- Support the Finance team with other administrative and data-entry tasks as needed
- Learn HARC's internal financial systems and processes over time, with increasing responsibility
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior at a college or university (accounting, finance, or business major preferred, but not required)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and documentation
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Basic proficiency with Excel; willingness to learn new software systems
- Good communication skills and a professional, can-do attitude
- Available to work consistently during the academic year (with flexibility around exams/breaks)
