NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED SIGN INSTALLER!
We’re looking for a full-time, experienced Sign Installer to join our team! If you have experience installing signs, take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Install interior and exterior signs, banners, vinyl graphics, window lettering, and other signage at customer locations.
- Measure, align, level, and securely mount signs according to specifications and installation plans.
- Install wall signs, channel letters, dimensional lettering, monument signs, and other sign types as required.
- Prepare installation surfaces and ensure signs are properly secured and professionally finished.
- Operate ladders, lifts, drills, power tools, and other installation equipment safely.
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.
- Travel to job sites and work at various commercial and residential locations.
- Load, unload, transport, and handle signs and installation materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Perform site inspections and identify potential installation challenges before beginning work.
- Follow all company safety procedures, building codes, and applicable local regulations.
- Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
- Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
- Complete installations on schedule and ensure all work meets company quality standards.
- Clean the work area after installation and document completed jobs with photos or reports as needed.
- Assist with sign repairs, maintenance, removal, and replacement when required.
Qualifications: Previous sign installation experience required, Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently
Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
Willingness to help in the shop when needed is a plus!
Must have a clean driving record!

Position: Full-Time
8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Some Overtime is available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
