Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Superintendent located in Naples, FL. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring project timelines, quality control, and safety regulations are adhered to. Key responsibilities will include supervising teams, managing budgets, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders. The role requires a strong focus on maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety while managing project schedules efficiently. Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate team members effectively.
