What You'll Do
- The Assistant Dietary Manager assists the Dining Services Manager (DSM) in ensuring that nourishing, palatable, and well-balanced meals are prepared and served to meet the daily nutritional and special dining needs of each resident, consistent with accepted nutritional standards and regulatory requirements.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Indiana certification as a Certified Dining Manager, or willingness and ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in the kitchen of a long-term care facility or health-care setting.
- Cooking/Culinary experience is required.
- Must hold Serv-Safe Certification.
