Harbour Industries is hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a full time, ONSITE role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 3rd shift schedule M-F 11pm-7am.
Pay Rate: $25-32 per hour, plus $3.00 shift differential

Job Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.
- Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity.
- Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.
- Maintain accurate production reports and records.
- Learn and work within different stations, with ability to be cross trained on different machines.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical, 5-panel drug screen (no THC) and background check.
