The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor
What You Will Do
Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Support activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
Other duties as assigned
What You Must Have
Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
