Harborview Medical Center's Mobile Outreach Team has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN)!

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The RN goes into the community to reconnect and reengage clients in HIV care. Provide services in encampments, supportive and independent housing, and shelters
- Function as an important member of the team providing onsite triage, medication management, lab draws, and injection administration
- Oversee the care and coordination of medical/psychosocial services and reconnection to care
- Provide medical advice, both urgent and routine, to patients and MOT team members
- Work closely with the Max Clinic RN to provide coverage and support clinic needs as available.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington
- At least 2 years of professional nursing experience in any of the follow fields: infectious disease, primary care, community/public health, reproductive/women’s health, substance use/addiction services, and/or mental health
- Outreach experience
- Knowledge of community social services, low barrier models, harm reduction principles, and/or diverse populations including houseless and underserved
- Understanding of medication assisted treatment (MAT)
- Nurse Triage experience
