The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian
What You Will Do
Complete evaluations, assessments, and develop nutrition plans in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
Follow established policies and procedures as related to dietary requirements
Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor
What You Must Have
Must have a valid Registered Dietitian (RD) license in the state of practice
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
