The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Technician (CNA) to join our team.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with morning care and basic ADLs to prepare them for therapy
Safely transfer and transport patients to and from therapy sessions
Set up therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas
Support therapists during sessions with positioning, balance assistance, and safety monitoring
Complete restorative nursing programs (ROM, strengthening, ambulation, ADL maintenance)
Document participation and report any changes in resident condition
Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain an organized therapy area
Follow all safety and infection-control procedures
Other duty assigned
What You Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Active CNA certification in good standing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
