NOW HIRING – LAUNDRY AIDE

Schedule: 7 am - 3 pm | 3 pm - 11 pm

Harborview at Lansdale is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Aide to join our team!

As a Laundry Aide, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents have clean clothing, linens, and towels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up and collect soiled laundry

• Wash, dry, fold, hang, and distribute resident clothing

• Collect, wash, dry, and redistribute bed linens and towels

• Deliver clean laundry to residents and designated areas

• Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and safe

• Safely use facility equipment and laundry chemicals

• Follow all facility policies and procedures, including the Environmental Care Manual and Disaster Manual

• Follow all safety procedures when handling laundry chemicals and equipment

• Protect resident rights, confidentiality, and privacy

• Remain aware of and follow Resident Abuse Reporting requirements

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and facility staff

• Report family or resident concerns to the Supervisor promptly

• Adjust to changes in shift assignments or responsibilities based on facility needs

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
