About Us
HarborSide 1901 and Coastal Prime 1901 are upscale, high-volume waterfront restaurants located in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. We provide a refined dining experience featuring premium seafood, craft cocktails, curated wine selections, and elevated service standards.
We are currently seeking:
- Experienced Bartenders
- Experienced Servers
This is a high-performance environment. We are looking for hospitality professionals who understand fine dining service, attention to detail, and guest experience at a high level.
Position Requirements (For Both Roles)
- Minimum 3 years of fine dining restaurant experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle high-volume service with composure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Weekend and holiday availability mandatory
Bartender Responsibilities
- Execute classic and craft cocktails with precision
- Provide elevated bar service consistent with fine dining standards
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- Deliver professional and engaging guest interactions
- Follow all Maine alcohol laws and service standards
Server Responsibilities
- Provide polished, attentive table service
- Demonstrate strong menu and wine knowledge
- Guide guests through dining experience
- Upsell strategically while maintaining authenticity
- Maintain section control during high-volume service

Pay: $7.55 per hour
