About the Role
As a Stock Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, stocking merchandise, and supporting daily store operations. Your work helps ensure products are available, organized, and ready for customers.
What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and deliveries
- Organize merchandise in stockrooms and designated storage areas
- Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management
- Assist with inventory counts, stock audits, and product rotation
- Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise
Store Operations & Support
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and work areas
- Replenish merchandise throughout the day to keep products available for customers
- Assist with promotional displays, seasonal setups, and merchandising projects
- Move and arrange inventory throughout the store as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations
General Responsibilities
- Follow company safety procedures and inventory management guidelines
- Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation
- Safely operate stock-handling equipment when authorized and trained
- Adapt to changing priorities and business needs during shifts
