Description : BASIC FUNCTION :
Business Development Assistant (BDA) is a Part-Time role for former HOME Loan Originator’s (LO) who has been “partnered” with a current performing LO. They are responsible for working their prior customers and connections and referring the new loan to their LO “partner.”
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- BDA must be out of the office and meeting participants within the industry such as but not limited to :
- Real Estate Agents
- Financial Planners
- Attorneys (Divorce Attorneys, Closing Attorneys, Elder Law)
- Title Agents
- Insurance Providers
- Property Managers
- Manage their company CRM platform : Update and add contacts, pull list of loans, manage automated marketing campaigns.
- BDA must refer loans to partner who must close a minimum of 3 of BDA loans every 6 months to be considered a performing BDA.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements :
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Don’t let relationships go COLD.
BDA to meet or discuss schedule twice a week with Branch Manager and report on a weekly basis :
1.How many appointments.
2.Calls made.
3.Strategy for the following week
