Foodservice Sales Developer

The Foodservice Sales Developer is designated as the primary driver of foodservice and coffee sales within their assigned territory. Their responsibilities are to develop and grow the foodservice and coffee business by selling foodservice programs, QSR concepts, and new coffee programs, as well as identifying and closing key foodservice and coffee opportunities within their region.

This territory encompasses Sierra Nevada Tahoe, Rio Vista to South Sacramento to Elk Grove, and Lodi, CA. Position requires travel, primarily in assigned region with roughly 40% overnight. (1 day a week on average).

Compensation: $80 -100K DOE first year bonus program.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan that drives growth in foodservice and beverage programs while increasing overall profitability.
• Accountable for achieving territory sales goals including new foodservice program installations, coffee program installations, and weekly gross profit targets.
• Open new foodservice programs and QSR concepts.
• Effective and timely communication with Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Foodservice Sales Managers for respective area.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• 3 years’ outside sales in a related industry, field sales, DSD, retail/wholesale accounts which highlights experience and achievement.
• Must be willing to show proven results from past employment opportunities.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable and presentable transportation and required insurance.
