Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner

• Answer and route incoming phone calls

• Maintain visitor logs and follow front‑desk security procedures

• Assist with resident inquiries and basic service requests

• Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling

• Support management with day‑to‑day office needs

Qualifications
