Responsibilities
- Prepare a small variety of baked goods following established recipes with precision
- Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other culinary tools safely and effectively
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and food handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Assist in packaging finished products for delivery or display while maintaining presentation quality
- Support high-volume production needs by working swiftly without compromising quality or safety standards
Experience
- Proven experience in food production, bakery, or pastry preparation within a fast-paced setting
- Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards
- Previous food industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency across multiple batches
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration
