We are currently hiring part- and full-time wait staff to join our hospitality team. We’re looking for friendly, professional, and service-driven individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and supporting our fine dining and catering operations.
Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Full-time employees receive a break between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and courteous dining service to residents and guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders using POS system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with table setup and clearing
- Support special events and catering services as needed
- Deliver a warm, respectful, and engaging dining experience
Requirements
- Must meet Virginia minimum age requirements for employment (16 ).
- One (1) year of serving experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Food Handlers' Card required (training provided if needed).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of older adults within a supportive CCRC community.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
