We are a Multi-Family Property Management Company looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper
Location: Chicago North, Ravenswood Area
Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Manage emails and scheduling
- Prepare and send invoices
- Track expenses and receipts
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Maintain records in accounting software
- Follow up on accounts receivable
- Prepare basic monthly financial reports
- Support general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience using accounting software preferred
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Professional written and verbal communication
Compensation
$18–25 per hour based on experience. Flexible schedule, approximately 10–20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as business needs grow.
