Job Title: RN / LPN Charge Nurse
Location: Harbor Post Acute Center Wyoming, MI
Schedule: Full Time Day shift, 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends

At Harbor Post Acute Center, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while creating a supportive environment for our staff. We’re looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead on the floor along side our clinical leadership team and ensure exceptional resident/patient care.
What You’ll Do:
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff on your shift
Coordinate and oversee daily patient/resident care activities
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders as a Full Time 12 hour Floor Nurse
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Respond to changes in condition and lead clinical decision-making when management is out of the facility
Support, mentor, and guide CNAs and licensed nursing staff
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Current, active RN or LPN license in Michigan
Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care
