What You'll Do
- Manage and retain an existing book of business while supporting continued growth and profitability.
- Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
- Work closely with insurance carriers and fellow team members to provide outstanding service and timely solutions.
- Help ensure every client receives the attention and protection they deserve.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
