Full time Receptionist for busy Homestead office. This position requires excellent phone, personal interaction and computer skills. Responsibilities include a variety of support activities including greeting clients, answering phones, handling mail, and scanning documents.
Qualifications and Principal Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and organization skills, and a strong attention to details.
- Ability to act quickly and effectively when the situation demands it.
- Dependable with a solid attendance record.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Great personality, with a desire to excel in all tasks and work as part of team.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with clients and other employees with excellent written and verbal communication skills BOTH in English and Spanish.
- Fulltime position/availability required (Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm.)
- Maintain reception area in client-ready appearance.
- Answers phones, route a high volume of calls and provide general information.
- Perform other office services, support functions & general customer service.
- Take accurate phone messages and relay information in a fast and efficient manner.
- A clear, professional, and CHEERFUL telephone tone is required.
- Able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish.
- Experience in a residential property or with HOAs is a plus but not required.
- Other various job duties, tasks and office support as needed.
