Harbor Light Oral Surgery is looking for a friendly, professional Call Center Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in clear communication, and understands how important a great first impression is in healthcare.
You’ll help new referrals feel welcome, support existing patients with questions, and play an important role in delivering a positive, patient-first experience—all over the phone.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Enjoy an early close every Friday at 2:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Collect and verify patient demographic information
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Provide clear pre-operative instructions
- Respond to patient questions and concerns with care and confidence
- Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Previous medical or dental office experience required
- Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- A positive, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
