Temporary Sales & Marketing Associate

Location: Wise Villa Winery, Lincoln, CA
Duration: October 2025 – February 2026 (approx.)
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Reports To: President 

Overview:
Wise Villa Winery is seeking a dynamic, organized, and motivated individual to temporarily join our team during a maternity leave period. This position begins part-time with the opportunity to become full-time will support both sales and marketing operations, playing a vital role in maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts, coordinating offsite demo operations, and supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Manage and monitor all wholesale client accounts on a weekly basis
• Make weekly outbound calls to all wholesale clients to ensure wine inventory needs are met
• Maintain and update customer contact database
• Coordinate and oversee the Costco and offsite demo team
• Conduct weekly check-ins with the demo team for performance updates and logistics
• Schedule and coordinate the November-February Costco Demo Roadshow Calendar

Marketing Support

• Draft and send weekly marketing emails to wholesale clients (news, features, promotions, etc.)
• Meet with Left Coast Marketing bi-weekly to review all Instagram & facebook posts based on the marketing calendar.
• Manage and maintain Wise Villa Winery’s Facebook and Instagram accounts (posting updates, engaging with followers, responding to messages)
• Monitor and review customer feedback and reviews across all online platforms weekly
• Provide light marketing support as needed for promotions and events
• Updating Upcoming Events Flyer per needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (wine industry experience a plus)
• Proficiency in email marketing tools, Facebook, and Instagram
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of wine and winery operations preferred

Salary : $24 - $27
