JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to include answering the phone and door,
screening calls, and addressing immediate general questions of the public. The person in this
position must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. A working
knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is required.

knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have skills and knowledge to operate office
equipment such as a computer, copier and multi-line phone system. It is vital that this person
have the ability to work collaboratively on projects, ability to work independently and possess
outstanding attention to detail, as well as excellent time management skills.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum of a GED or high school diploma; previous experience in office work, customer
service and record keeping is required.

employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to stand, reach, lift,
bend, knell, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less; manual dexterity;

Job Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for those seeking HHI services therefore presenting
with excellent customer service skills
Oversee the front office area, including phone and door coverage and refer calls to the
correct staff, take detailed messages
Greet visitors and prospective clients and direct them to necessary staff
Accept drop offs for clients, following approved protocols (RES Treatment settings)
Assist as needed and required, with completing monthly reports including FUR,
entrance surveys, exit surveys and year-to-date censuses
Assist as needed and required, with obtaining and completing SNAP required
paperwork for clients, as well as weekly DHS SNAP meetings (RES Treatment
Settings)
Assist with scheduling, referral communications, health and safety inspections,
ordering of supplies, and maintain data bases and Excel spreadsheets as needed
(OP Treatment settings)
Assist, as needed, with signing clients up for insurance (OP Treatment settings)
Follow all company policies and procedures
Multitask, prioritize and manage time, as needed
Other duties as assigned
