Harbor House is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility seeking a Full Time RN Nursing Supervisor on our 3pm-11pm shift! We are located in the beautiful, seaside community of Hingham, just off of Route 3A and near public transportation! The right candidates will have strong clinical skills, be a team player and have the ability to lead.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. -Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:
- Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
- Supervise nurses and CNAs
- Manage staffing changes
- Support family inquiries and screen visitors
- Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
- Ensure high quality resident/patient care
- Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
- On-Call every few weeks
